My name is Leni Wenno-Sapulette and I am living in Sneek, the Netherlands. Since 2012 I started with MalukuFood, from a passion to the Moluccan cooking. Why did I start this? I think it is important that the Moluccan kitchen continues to exist, the authentic Moluccan kitchen should not be lost.

I received a lot of requests to translate my original book into English, so I have decided to publish an English version. As we speak the book is sent to the print company and we will have an limited edition. The expected delivery date will be around mid of July, but we are giving you the opportunity to order the book in the presale with a discount.
